Employee Well Being and Knowledge Sharing Behavior among Employees of Saudi Aramco

چکیده

The oil and gas industries in Saudi Arabia requires research attention regarding Knowledge Sharing Behavior (KSB), as the suffer from compromised KSB which may adversely affect sustainability knowledge advancement competitive advantage. There are gaps antecedents of such 1) dimensions Employee Well Being (EWB) being contextual untested Arabia; 2) leadership style culture that motivate were unknown. Thus, this study aims to uncover EWB, factors determine KSB. A total 260 Aramco employees’ responses analyzed using SPSS. has found physical well-being, psychological social benevolent leadership, innovative organizational contributed increasing among employees. Theoretical managerial implications then discussed.
